Questions trade buyers ask us

Short answers to what wholesale buyers ask most often. If yours is not here, send it with your inquiry and we will answer it with the quote.

The units

Are your drones, cameras and gimbals genuine?

Yes. Every unit is a genuine used product from the brand it is listed under: DJI, Canon, Nikon, Sony and so on. We check serial numbers and confirm each unit activates and updates through the maker’s own app or software. We are an independent reseller, not connected to any of these brands.

Is the drone still linked to the previous owner’s DJI account?

No. Before a drone is graded we check that the aircraft and remote controller are not linked to the previous owner’s DJI account, and that the drone activates in DJI Fly on a new account. A drone that fails this check is not sold.

How do you check drone battery health?

We read each battery’s cycle count and health in DJI Fly, check it for swelling and damaged contacts, and charge it to full with the cells balanced. The figures are recorded per unit and available on request.

What is the difference between Grade A, B and C?

Only cosmetic condition. Grade A (Excellent) shows no marks at arm’s length; Grade B (Good) has light scratches and edge wear; Grade C (Fair) is clearly used and marked. All three pass the same function checks. Full definitions are on the grading page.

Can I see photos of the actual unit before I buy?

Photos on our product pages show the model, not a specific unit. Ask on your quote and we will send photos of the units you are buying.

Do you sell new or sealed units?

No. Everything we sell is used, tested and graded. The grade tells you how used it looks.

Ordering and payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

We confirm the payment options with your quote.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No fixed minimum order. Pricing improves with quantity, so tell us your volume when you ask for a quote.

Can I mix models, product lines and grades in one order?

Yes. One order can combine drones, cameras and gimbals, in different models and grades.

Do you provide an invoice?

Yes. Every shipment travels with a commercial invoice in the name of Jiaxing Nianbao Trading Co., Ltd. If you need another document for your customs or accounts, ask before you order.

Shipping and import

How fast do you ship?

Ships within 5-7 business days via DHL / UPS / FedEx. Packed with air columns and foam inside a carton.

Can I use my own freight forwarder?

Yes. You can use your own freight forwarder. Give us the forwarder’s warehouse address in China and we deliver the cartons there.

Can you filter used cameras by age for Kenya or Nigeria?

Yes. Some countries limit the age of imported used cameras. Tell us your destination and we will check model years before quoting. The limits we work to are 12 years for Kenya and 15 years for Nigeria.

Do I need a permit to import drones?

In many countries, yes. The buyer is responsible for import permits and drone registration in the destination country. Kenya (KCAA) and Nigeria (NCAA) require approval, and Morocco and Egypt hold drones at customs. Check before you order; we cannot clear customs for you.

Warranty and returns

What warranty do you give?

A 90-day warranty on every unit, covering functional faults in normal use. Crash, impact and water damage are not covered. Details are on the warranty page.

Can I return a unit?

Faulty units are handled under the 90-day warranty: contact us with the unit’s serial number and we will confirm the next step before anything is sent back. We do not publish fixed return terms; ask before you order if you need them in writing.
