This website is run by Jiaxing Nianbao Trading Co., Ltd. (嘉兴年宝贸易有限公司), trading as nivon, a company registered in Jiaxing, Zhejiang, China. You can reach us through the contact details at the foot of every page.

When you send the inquiry form we receive what you type in: your name, company, country, email address, WhatsApp number if you give it, the product lines and quantity you choose, and your message. With it we record the page you sent it from, the time, your IP address and your browser’s user-agent string. We use the IP address to limit repeated submissions and both technical details to spot spam.

If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you send through that channel.

We do not run Google Analytics, advertising tags or social media pixels, and we do not set cookies to track you. Our network provider, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site from automated abuse. If we ever add analytics, we will update this page first and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent before anything is loaded.

We use your details to answer your inquiry, send stock lists and quotes, process orders and follow up on them. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for anything unrelated to doing business with you.

• Our web server, where each form submission is saved to a log file so an inquiry is not lost if email fails. The server is hosted by [hosting provider, country].
• Resend, an email delivery service based in the United States, which delivers form submissions to our sales inbox.
• Our email provider, which hosts the inbox where we read and answer inquiries.
• Cloudflare, which sits in front of the website for security and delivery.

Our sales team works in China, so your information is read and handled there.

We keep inquiry information for as long as we need it to deal with your request and any business that follows, and then delete it.

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you have sent us, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Contact us through the details at the foot of the page and we will act on the request.

Please do not send passwords, card numbers or bank account details through the form.

When we change how we handle information, we update this page and the date at the top.
