Terms of use

This website is run by Jiaxing Nianbao Trading Co., Ltd. (嘉兴年宝贸易有限公司), trading as nivon, registered in Jiaxing, Zhejiang, China.

Specifications on this site come from the makers’ published data for each model. Photos show the model, not the unit you will receive; the condition of a unit is described by its grade and its inspection record. We try to keep everything accurate, and correct errors when we find them. If a detail matters to your order, confirm it on the quote.

We do not show prices on this website. A quote tells you price and availability at the time it is sent; stock is not reserved until you confirm the order and we confirm it back in writing. The terms on the quote and the proforma invoice apply to the order and take priority over anything on this website.

Every unit carries a 90-day warranty, described on the warranty page. Shipping and battery rules are on the shipping page.

The buyer is responsible for import permits and drone registration in the destination country. You are responsible for making sure the goods you order may be imported, sold and used where you take them, including drone flight rules and age limits on used electronics.

Product and brand names on this website, including DJI, Canon, Nikon, Sony, Fujifilm, Panasonic, Zhiyun and FeiyuTech, belong to their owners and are used only to identify the products we resell. nivon is an independent reseller, not affiliated with or endorsed by DJI, Canon, Nikon, Sony, Fujifilm, Panasonic, Zhiyun or Feiyu. Product and brand names are used only to identify genuine second-hand goods.

This website is provided for information. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the website itself, as opposed to an order placed with us. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page, with the date at the top.
